I have a VIP event, what's available?
We love hosting VIP groups, with exclusive options available from catering to helicopter transfers and on-site landing. Get in touch to discuss what we can offer your group: events@tauharano2.co.nz
Can I take my camera on board?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring one of the following on board:
Your handsfree camera. We find head-mounts work the best for filming.
Your mobile phone with camera. However, for safety reasons this can only be used when the boat has come to a stop. Your driver will tell you when the perfect selfie opportunity is coming up!
Do you offer photography or video of the event?
Yes, filming and photography options are available to capture your event, get in touch with our events manager directly to discuss what we can offer: events@tauharano2.co.nz. On the ride itself, AWA takes 20–30 high-quality photos and a short action clip as you jump the Ngā Awa Pūrua rapids, available for viewing and purchase.
